Return and Exchange Policy

We have 30 days return policy for purchases made at our online store. If 30 days have passed from the delivery date, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging. We may require pictures (occasionally – videos) of the product you are trying to return. To complete your return, we also require a proof of purchase.

Exchanges/Returns Process:

Step 1: You must email info@agiftfromnaturesupplies.com to create an inquiry with us.

Step 2: Title Subject as: Exchange/Return Request. Include your proof of purchase and details.

Step 3: We will request photos/videos as needed.

Step 4: Upon Approval of your exchange/return please clearly mark your order number on the exterior of the package and send back to: 6925 Lake Ellenor Dr. Unit 470, FL 32809, USA.

Exchanges

When we receive your exchange request and accept it, typically within 1-2 business days, we will prepare to ship the new item and send you the tracking number as soon as it becomes available. If you haven’t received an update on your exchange after 1-2 days of your package return, please contact us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and accepted for return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 3-7 business days. If you haven’t received a refund after 3-7 days, first check with your bank. It may take some time for processing before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Please note, we do not offer exchanges/returns on online wholesale orders. Contact us at (407) 545-4715 for more information.

Also note: No returns, refunds or exchanges on any products not able to be sold because of any causes beyond the control of either party, including but not limited to, acts of God, weather, war, civil unrest, strikes, lockouts, riots, insurrection, terrorist attacks, government regulatory actions, acts or decrees of governmental or military bodies, fire, casualty, flood, earthquake, or any other force majeure event.
