I haven't tried the two other varieties of gummies I purchased (I love free shipping), but the watermelon sativa ones I have used are phenomenal. Not only do they taste great, but I'm getting more sleep than I have in years. And on the weekends, I like to take one of these with an energy drink and have five crazy productive, creative hours. These gummies are top notch. They take a little while to kick in but when they do its great. I suggest an empty stomach. Eat an hour after taking it if you want. The effect will last for about six hours. I find them delightful!!
