Taste great. My wife and I cut them into quarters, we take usually 1/4 and sometimes 1/2. We do this instead of alcohol and love taking them before watching comedy movie. They also work great for pain and also helps us sleep. We wake up feeling refreshed.

But it does not feel like much after an hour or so. To be honest, I really didn't feel anything on 1/4 of a gummy. So I am going to try half tonight and see what that does.
