Taste great. My wife and I cut them into quarters, we take usually 1/4 and sometimes 1/2. We do this instead of alcohol and love taking them before watching comedy movie. They also work great for pain and also helps us sleep. We wake up feeling refreshed.

I had been taking a much stronger gummy and I think that set me up for false expectations from this one. It does not have any initial "rush" to it at all. (good!). But it does not feel like much after an hour or so. To be honest, I really didn't feel anything on 1/4 of a gummy. So I am going to try half tonight and see what that does.
