Shipping Methods and Carriers:

  • For urgent deliveries, we offer overnight shipping at an additional cost
  • Our delivery times range from approximately 1-5 days, depending on your proximity to our dispatch location. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
  • Please note: During holidays and big sales events, there might be some delays in shipments due to increased volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

Shipping within the U.S.:

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Shipping Rates:

  • Enjoy free shipping on orders over $99!
  • For orders under $99, a flat rate of $9.99 is charged for shipping.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, we will send you a tracking number either automatically or manually, depending on the case. This allows you to follow your package from our door to yours.

Special Handling:

  • In hot weather, we take extra care by including ice packs to ensure your product does not melt and maintains its quality.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

  • If your order has not been placed, you can change your shipping address directly in your account.
  • If your order has been placed and needs to be changed or canceled, please contact us immediately via live chat, phone, or email.
  • We strive to accommodate your needs, but please note that once an order is on its way, changes or cancellations may not be possible. For more information read our Return Policy. 

Signature Confirmation:

  • By default, we do not require a signature upon delivery. However, if you wish to have this added security, please let us know in the "Comments" section, before placing an order. 

Customer Verification:

First-time orders of customers are eligible for verification and may be subject to additional screening if flagged as suspicious by our fraud detection team. Verification must be completed via a phone call.

International IP, VPN, and Forwarding Address Policy:

TA Gift From Nature CBD only fulfills orders placed from within the United States. Orders placed using international IP addresses, VPNs, or any masking technologies that redirect origin location outside of the U.S. are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears to originate from outside the United States, regardless of the shipping destination provided. Furthermore, we do not fulfill orders shipped to known forwarding services, redirection facilities, or addresses intended for re-shipping goods overseas. This includes APO, FPO, DPO, or any other drop point used to circumvent domestic-only shipping restrictions. These measures are in place to protect our customers, maintain compliance, and uphold our domestic-only operations. This policy is final and non-negotiable.
